today I want to talk about stress. What is it you may ask? well for starters its the thing that makes me crawl up inti a ball and cry myself to sleep…
but on a less serious note stress is when you are handling to many potential decisions at a single instance of time. It is when your doubts over shadow your dreams. Basically speaking, it is a fight between your rational brain and your irrational brain. To this Fight I say the following. ehhhhhem.
To Mr. Rational, your decision making skills have gotten me to where I am today, It has allowed for me to survive during situations in which I would have not. However, not everything needs to be a positive or negative decision based upon some overarching group schema. Yes something may happen and yes some set of circumstances may lead me to eventually dieing. However is that not the fun of it? Life or death situations which could fully alter my mental and physical state? The risk of something happening may be great, but think about the reward. Think about the friends one can make, the opportunities I could have.

Now for the emotional part

managing stress is very important and doing so properly allows you to do amazing things. Never give up on your dreams and remember to drink plenty of water and to stay healthy.
